Shipmaster Vivec died
   

For some reason the shipmaster near Vivec decided to go for a little swim and eventually got killed by slaughterfish. Now that he's dead i'm having trouble getting around. Does anyone know of a way to *permanently* resurect him? I tried using the Restore Actors (or whatever it was) command but he was still floating face down in the water.

While I can't remember the exact command in the console, it is possible. Try using search, either on this forum, or at the forums on the main Morrowind site. I have seen a solution posted; usually when a stilt strider person falls to their death.
