Has anyone found out how to open the two chests in this cave?

In case you don't know what I'm talking about, go to the lake between where you find the orc shaman and Xardan- there is a leaning tower in the middle of the lake half under the water... go inside and swim through the tunnel to an area with zombies skeletons and a skeleton mage...

Please tell me how to get these chests opened up! Thx

These chests contain the ancient ore armor and the teleportation rune for the Old Camp pentagram. Xardas will give you the key late in the game, after your first (thorough) visit to the Sleeper's Temple. You won't be able to open these chests until then--only Xardas has the key, because this tower used to be his home until an earthquake.
