Conan : v1.03 Patch @ Gamer's Hell

TDK has released a v1.03 patch for Conan which "adds minor AI changes and support for Gamespy, fixes some video problems and more". Grab it from <a href="http://www.gamershell.com/news_BConanBv1.03Patch.shtml" target="_blank">Gamer's Hell</a>.

We must have missed it because this is the only patch entry we have in the database. Better late than never, I guess.
