There's one in the Daedric Ruin (in Forgotten Temple/Shrine/something part) that is part of Ald'ruhn temple quest (first). Lots of neat and not obvious stuff there as well (Daedric longbow, arrows, weapons,..) - and nothing to tough to fight to get it but you will have to look hard to find it all.

The Official Site just released a plug in that gives a quest to find all indexes and makes you an Index Master or something like that, and allows you to easily transport between these "indexed" places
