Help on Thiefs Guild

I scew up a mission I had for the dude in the chair in the bar "watering hole" at docside.. sold it to "weed dude" at Merc camp...
Well anyway the mission is faild.

I just wonted to know am I missing out on something ?

is there cool armor/weapons in thief guild ?

anything ?

How should I feel now that I wont enter ? lol

nothing cool just pickpocket and you can learn lockpick in other places

But cant you be a menber at the thiefs ?
.. I guess I wonted this for praying for dex at shines actualy..
Can I do this an other way ?.. course now that im menber of Merc I get str eiik !!
