The dragon hunters can teach you how to remove dragon scales and take the blood of the dragons. Few more details: there's a bridge too, it leads to a cave, but you can't go trough it. Go up the hill (lots of lizards there) then ask one of the dragon hunters (the one with the dragon hunter armour) to go together trough the fortress with al the lizzardmen, now go over the bridge, go up the hill with the lizzardmen and stone golems, when you're at a sort of a tower, you need to climb up to the highest floor of the tower, when you're there you have to search a lil bit to get at the other side, then climb up again and you see a big hole in the wall of rocks, go inside and you'll c the stone dragon
