Newfound switch
   

I don't think it does a thing, but has anyone noticed the switch in the citadel, not from Urshak?

That switch will give you access to another switch and so on, until the floor opens up, you access the basement and find another Stone Golem.

BTW, I finally found good use for Storm of fire(the rain one). Get up on the wall at the gate to the ORC temple and have a little fun
