ok..im confused on magic.. if i use a rune it says your magic lv or circle (whatever) isnt high enough..where the hell do you learn this? from mages i can learn to increase mana +1 or +5..but how do i learn how to cast certain spell levels / circles?? sorry if this is confusing but im confused! casting from a scroll i understand..but the books and runes are confusing. if someone could give me the ins and outs (since the manual is lame) id appreciate it!

I think you have to align with a camp, then the a mage will teachyou the circles. The fire camp and the swamp teach magic first. Water magic isnt until late in the game i hear.

There are 6 cirlces of magic (knowledge) in game:
1th for 10 exp. points
2nd for 15 exp. points
.
.

You must know 1st cirlce to be able to learn 2nd etc.

If you look on description of every rune in your inventory, there is written which circle it requires.

You will be able to learn first 3 circles at the end of 2nd chapter if you join Old camp (you must be shadow and then you have option to become Guard or Fire mage). You will be able to become mage imadietly when you join Sect camp (but you will not be able to reach higher circles so it is not option). In New camp you will be able to learn magic knowledges even later in game (than in OC).
