Fable (Xbox): Review @ Games Domain

Yahoo! Games Domain ha thrown their 'Fable' review into the ring, awarding a fairly modest 8/10. Here's a clip:
For all its pre-launch posturing, Fable has turned out to be pretty standard fare. It's a third-person action role-playing game, set in the fantasy world of Albion, where a young boy narrowly escapes from a devastating attack on his village. He grows up to be a potential-filled novice hero, and sets out to earn a name for himself.

I couldn't disagree more. I've put in about 15 hours into Fable. It's anal attention to the little details makes it anything but a 'standard fare.' I find it quite a spectacular achievement.

Comments like this one scream, 'This Review is a Standard Fare!'
