Trials of Obi-Wan

You'd think with as many dissatisfied customers and ex-customers as SOE has now, they would be taking greater measures to show that this expansion has value for everyone, especially since it is download only. While digital download is great for SOE since there are no printing, packaging or shippping costs and they don't have to cut in retailers for a share, there is less perceived value on the part of the customer.

Add in what appears to be Jedi-centric at best and gross violation of continuity while catering to combats at worst, there will be a lot of folks not buying unless SOE offers up concrete benefits. For example, they say that there are more schematics and resources, but those could well be loot/quest schematics that will require combats to obtain and look at how well asteroid resources went over.

SOE needs to get this game on track... most of what is left playing are die-hard fans holding out and l33t d00ds who like to play an over-powered alpha class that unbalances PvP and PvE.
