about Gorn and mine........ |
|
right now i'm trying to take back the free mine with Gorn. Gorn keeps attacking me though. He says I killed a guy from the old camp but I thought I was supposed to be killing the guys from the old camp. He attacks me when the guys from the old camp attack me. It's like he's trying to help them. Has this happened to anyone else and if so what can I do about it. This doesn't make any sense. |

It's a well known bug in Gorn's script. You can park him at the mine entrance to wait for you. _________________ Jaz |

This happened to me too but Gorn only knocked me out once and din't kill me. He didn't even take my ore. So i just got up and drank some potions and continued to kill guards. Gorn got lost somewhere and i met him again when i was about to leave the mine.
Btw i was wondering does Gorn ever get those reinforcements he said Lee would send. I checked back a couple of times but he was all alone.
And also who do you fight just before you go in the find. With me Gorn just ran up when i reached the entrance and said he heard fighting. Then i said it was an old aqcaintince. I furgired it was Bullit because i had already killed him. I took his sword too. (Sword of Fear). A lot better than what i was using at the time. _________________ =Moderator of The RPGDot Shadows=

You fought Jackal at the mine entrance, your friendly neighborhood protection racketeer. _________________ Jaz |

How sad...nobody cares about Gorn... _________________ =Farseer=

Gorn attacks you because it is in the script of every new camp inhabitant that he attacks you when you try to open the free mine, so when you open it, gorn says something about attacking you, and sometimes he does.
And from now on, each time he draws his weapon, he attacks all that are enemy to him: because of the door thing, u r one of them |

You can open the door before you attack Jackal and his companions. Then when Gorn comes, he won't say anything about attacking. He sometimes may still try to attack you in the mine, though. _________________ =Farseer=
