Is it true?

Just wandering but if your states are higher does that mean your character gets hungry more easily?

If you didn't install the patch he will bug you to death for food. And you will find a lot of other bugs as well. If you have the patch installed, then I don't really think I saw a difference as the game went on. Just once or twice he seemed more hungry and I think it may be related to number of battles rather than stats.

I don't want to swear to it, but if I remember, his life slowly drains away. Then you die.

Before you go to that extreme, why don't you give us some more details, what happens, and are you installing over a game in progress? If we can't help here, you can email JRoby at arkane using the first thread for tech support and he may be able to solve it for you. If you are not to far into the game I would suggest you delete it completely, be sure you delete the JoWood files as well and all save games. Download a new copy of the patch, then install game and then the new patch copy and see what happens. It can't hurt. This game is great and it would be a shame for you to miss out due to a possible corrupt file somewhere. Hope you get it up and going. Welcome to the RPGdot by the way.

CM is correct, this is FAR too great a game to miss. Arkane are unbelievable in their support; they can fix anything and usually will do so.
