No you will not, and guards fall pretty darned fast if you cast any of the bound item spells... in particular, bound axe will take a guard down in about four hits.

A lightsaber will also be just as effective, though I would not flaunt my new-found Ordinator hat around other Ordinators.

If you want, you can taunt anyone to attack you, but this requiers you to have decent speechcraft. Also people with wery low opinion of you will not attack when taunted like with the wery high opinion wont get admired. I don't consider this information as a spoiler, so i just blurted it out

Your speechcraft can be trash, but do not fret; it is easy to Taunt, Admire, and Intimidate if you have a very high reputation.
