"Lord British" to be inducted into AIAS Hall of Fa

<br><br>The Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences (AIAS) has announced that NCSoft's Richard "Lord British" Garriott has been selected to be the newest member of the AIAS Hall of Fame. Garriott will be officially inducted during the AIAS's annual D.I.C.E. Summit in February 2006 where he will become the ninth person so honored by the organization. Garriott is best known for the creation of the Ultima series of PC RPG titles, including the first commercially successful MMORPG Ultima Online..

Much as I like Garriot its unfortunate that the AIAS lost its credibility when it awarded Kingmaker best RPG expansion.
The members are maybe up of employees from various software companies and the voting is extremely skewed.
