Well, I'm not sure why this happened but all the sudden this quest is listed under failed. Saying something about I decided not to tell saturas about the ore mining plan won't work.... Is this bad ?

It will always do that if you talk to Saturas. not a problem and has no repurcussions.

when he asks if you talked to Xardas dont BS him with "well..." I did that and failed

just tell him straight out, Yes

naah just saw well i saw him or sth its not failing the mission you go after it to save the ORC who will talk you about Ulu Mulu and then you go to orc city and there do all other quests Enjoy
