help...drunk mouse

Just got the game today (12.30p.m.) Looks FANTASTIC!!!
but my mouse acts like its on the other end of a rubber band.
works fine on desktop or all other games but after Morrowind loads
the mouse and cursor act as if connected by a rubber band. Adjusted
mouse sensitivity still same. Is it directx? (yes 8.1 is in) Ideas Welcomed.

logitech mouse with newest drivers---unloaded- used windows
default drivers - no diff- at a loss??? What next??
other than this, looks great, plays great on

tbird 950mhz asus mb
256 mem
geforce 2mx 400 (water looks ok but wouldn't call it fantastic)
audigy gamer
win ME

maybe a good strong cup of coffee?

The following cards have the "nice water":

Radeon 8500
GeForce 3 Ti 200
GeForce 3
GeForce 3 Ti 500
GeForce 4 Ti 4200
GeForce 4 Ti 4400
GeForce 4 Ti 4600

That is all.

The rubberbanding of the mouse is due to your FPS. Turn down your graphic settings and see if it improves your mouse. First thing to go probably is shadows. Then tone down until it seems good. Hope this helps
