I have found there is a way to make him move from his place in the room with the hole. Make sure u have a control spell and a charm spell. Use the control spell on Lukor so that he gets mad and attacks u. Make him run after u until u get into the room with the four pillars, run into the middle of the four pillars. When Lukor is right by u use the charm spell to make him stop attacking. He will say sumthing and walk away like hes walking towards the doorway where u need ta use the teleport scroll, while he is walking away the task will start back up and Lukor will talk to u and tell u ta use the spell. I hope this works for everyone who has this problem with Lukor it worked for me
