If your in Marvin Mode and have god mode enabled you can stand next to Diego and load and reload your strengh and dexterity rings to permanently up your str/Dex skills.

If you are going that far just bring down the console, type edit abilities, then attributes. You can change your strength and dexerity to 1000 or more.
This of course is if you just want to have fun
