O.K. so I dropped down into the kitchen and hightailed it to the lava room pursued by the hellhound. My problem is how do I make that last jump to the ledge and from where? I've spent hours trying any number of combinations but don't seem to be able to clear the last gap in one mighty bound. I've even tried making a ladder from arrows (it seems a pity that this wheeze didn't work ). As a silver gamer I do suffer with a bit of stiffness in the knees and would appreciate any help from you younger, more athletic adventurers out there.

It should be possible to jump to the other side. To minimize the distance, place a sword at he edge and jump from it.
Good luck _________________ - Merz |

I jumped to the platform below, then to the ones on the right, from there to the ledge. Try to jump at the last possible moment. _________________ Jaz |

Thank you my friends. I was at the right place but my technique required a bit of fine tuning. Onwards and upwards eh!

I had the same problem. I could not jump over from the last one. I believe
you saved the game while the beast was shasing you?
I did, and it seemed like I was running a little bit slower. I think thats the reason.... _________________ And I will strike down upon them with great vengeance and furious anger; and they shall know that my name is the LORD, when I lay my vengeance upon them!!! |
