I'm getting my ships crew in order and I can't remember where Lester is located. I believe he's in a valley, bu can't remember wich one. Also someone said that Girion was good at master level teaching of Crossbow, but he his only into swordplay, non-master.
Who, if anyone, do I take to help me get past 60% on X-bow?
My dex is pretty good now that I can make my own potions, but I figure that a higher X-bow rating will only make my weapon even better (I forget what it's called - "Heavy Crossbow" maybe - but it is a sexy beast when it strikes!).

Lester is to be found in front of Xardax's tower(in the new world).
As for the crossbow trainer I had the same problem.

If you get on the ship without killing the ship guards, then Girion will come along with you. He trains past 60 on everything at that point.
