Owning a home

iIf i've found the deed to a house in Seyda-Neen, does that mean I can assume ownership?? Also, are there any ways to become a home owner in the game - or does that come w/the head of a household/guild?

I just took over Eldefires house in Seyde Neen and have been keeping all my stuff there since the start of the game.

Eldefire never seems to be home.

You get your own pad about 3/4 up the Great House hierarchies, complete with servants and merchants and such.

this deed is needed in a thieves guild quest, ... and believe me ... you need special gloves for it.

TribalMan: *possible spoler below regarding stronghold locations*

The Hlaalu stronghold is on the plateeu near Balmora; the Redoran stronghold is in Bal Isra, between Ald'ruhn and Mar Gaan, and the Telvanni stronghold is on Uvirith's Grave west of Sadrith Mora.
