I have heard many people saying they are getting like 8,000 ore and stuff like that. However, I can't figure out how they do that unless they are actually finding the ore in chests or something. (*note: I just bought this game) The reason I can't figure this out is because I recently managed to get about 300 ore worth of merchandise but when I went up to Frisk and tried to get all ore out of him, he only had 200 pieces! Does his ore supply refresh or something? I came back about 10 minutes later but he didn't have any more on him then either... Same thing with the other merchants in the Old Camp. Sorry for the newbie question, but thanks in advance. (BTW, has anyone noticed that the English manual that comes with the game is a little... "lacking"?) |

Please reply, I'm kind of waiting for someone to tell me so I can start playing again!
I'd also like to add a technical question, sometimes when I go in the woods part of the landscape disappears and I can see through the world! Ex. I'll be between two hills and one hill will disappear and I will be able to see into eternity.

First of all, there are lots of other merchants in the game besides the ones in the Old Camp..several in the other camps, and some between camps. Most people do find most ore in chests, or at least the items to trade for ore. I'm not exactly sure about regenerating ore in the inventories of merchants, but I believe this has happened on a few of them in my game.
2nd, I can't really help you on the tech side, but that's quite a rig you got there running on a PII 400..when I had my P2 400 I had a 10 G HD, 96 mgs ram and a 16 g video card..

in the old camp mine there is a guy at the bottom who i think has about 7k ore, beat up weed peddles sell the weed get mucho dinero... beat up pple who sell a lot of expensive stuff or simply use the marin thing worked for me
