I cannot open graves

I've used the pick ax, and to no avail in the tomb. I also cannot harvest gemstones, in troll mines. I have however broken a couple of "weak walls" . Am I missing something?
The only thing I'm low on is constitution, could this be it?
One of the hints says [u]pry open[/u] what shoul I use?

Souble click on the pick and clikc on what you want to break.

Keep in mind that some tombs don't NEED to be broken (ie: sarcophagi
type). Just souble click on those.
