:Hi all i just want to let you to know about my experience with arx.When i first got it, it would not play it kept freezing, so i downloaded all the patches up to the latest 1.116a still no go,so i sent 2 emails to the arx people asking for advice sending all my system info,and they totally ignored me So i installed windows xp and guess what it runs like a dream with no further modifacations I had windows 98se,although they said it would play arx it didnt.

I also had some of the most strange on again off again problems running arx also.
I actually reinstalled xp twice, and hadnt been able to get it to run for about 2 weeks when I finally decided to go to the forums with questions.

The suddenly inexplicably it worked.
