Oliver's Treasure hunt... Going Crazy....

What the f*** is wrong with the last clue?
I've tried everything... The shovel should give me the key? HOW!?
Right click on shovel? Well so what, then I can place it on the spot doing nothing! Or throw it to the wall? Is there a way to activate the shovel on its own??? I'm out of ideas.... Tried for an hour.....
Pleaze Help me! Could realy use the 2K XP points......

Best regards......

Assuming you are in the right area (check the RPGDot walkthrought), open your inventory and simply "use" a showel in your inventory. There is no hotspot on the ground to apply a showel, neither anything special has to be done with a showel, just "use" it like e.g. food.

Hm... I know I am on the right spot. (Under the ladder on the ledge...)
But nothing happens, I can't use the shovel in any possible way...
It should be some kind of trigger event?
Did I miss one of the clues then? My last clue read:" .... #4 in the south-east corner" And now when the key is on level 3, what has "#4" to do with anything? ( I know that you can combine all the clues to complete the last one, but it didn't make a whole sentence I think)

Clueless.

In my second game I went rto the chest and opened it with the emerauld and then returned to the place (without any extra clues) and use the shovel (default F key) in the correct spot and it worked just fine. I tried it before openening the chest and it didn't seem to work, though I might have done something wrong.

Anyway if you've openned the chest and are in the corrct spot it should work just fine.

You don't even need all clues as I mentioned.

I bothered getting 2 though, the one in the troll mines and well, the first one really. Then I went with the shovel and dug it up without any trouble...

Right now I'm guessing you're under the wrong ladder...

The right place is in the cave with teleporter. From the teleporter platform you should see a ledge along the opposite wall of the cave. Jump over and walk to the spot with a ladder hanging from above and use showel. Good luck.

It worked....
But hey, If It wasn't for the spoiler I never would have got that one!

Oh and by the way, for those still having trouble, DON'T use the mouse.
Use the assigned key for "Use". I.e "Return" or "f" if you haven't remapped.

Best Regards.
