I dont know about the blades quest, was there for a redoran quest. Anyway the mage guy is at the top of the tower, but to get to him you need to levitate. There are a couple of rising force potions lying around inside the tower, grab one, then go up (its INSIDE not outside).

You can't miss the guy, he has a full set of daedric armor:)

Yep. He is upstairs but there are no stairs . Just search around until you find the round paasage way in the ceiling for you to levitate through.

The corpisarium is downstairs somewhere. Just scout out the enitre area and talk to people until you find the doorways to what yoiu are looking for.

There is nothing in the Corpseatrium, just a bunch of messed up corpus creatures. Volendrung (if you could remember it from daggerfall) is in a chest down there though, near a really fat monster. It pretty much sucks though.

The "fat monster" is the top 2/3 of last dwarf, I think. I would advise against killing him if you would like to finish the Main Quest with a regular character, or a "backpath" character.
