sunken tower

Is the sunken tower the one in the lake near the long bridge that connects the ruins where you meet Ur-shak and the castle where you meet Lester during the focus quest. If it is I must be missing something b/c I swam down the tunnel and killed all the skeletons and zombies as well as the skeleton mage but I can't find a door to put Xardas's key in. Please help!

I doesn't go to a door, it goes to the chest that holds the Ore Armor.

I opened both of the chest earlier in the game. I am afraid I might have sold off the ore armor. Do you think that the vendor I sold it to would still have it? If he doesn't I guess I'll have to put it in with marvin, huh?

You should not be able to open the chest with the ore armor before you get the quest to search for it. There are two rooms with chests in the sunken tower
