HELP! Problems with conversations
   

Maybe I am just expecting too much, but in many cases when conversing with NPCs they say something like "shall I tell you about a little secret" or "I have some advice for you" but nothing is hyperlinked!!! I cannot ask them about the "secret" or "advice". And I do not have the "latest rumours" in my conversation box... Am I missing something or is this a bug?? Please help me since as a result I think I am getting less quests (e.g. nobody told me about the bandits in Seyda Neen although I talked to every one...). My Speechcraft is a minor skill and is at about 50

Nah, I think it's just their greeting phrases, ie they're saying, "hello, what do you want - rumors, secrets..? Out with it." Everyone initiates dialogue this way... And most ppl will mention the same "secrets" and "specific places" and so on... So, nothin' special there.
