Haven't seen this yet, so here it is. An essential tutorial collection is the Morrowind Mod Maker's Bible at
http://repoland.hypermart.net/mmmbible/
Current version is v1.1.4. It's a very useful collection of small how-tos and covers lots of aspects of mod editing. A must-have!
Also of note in my opinion are the two tutorials at the Morrowind Chronicles:
http://www.morrowindchronicles.com/tutorial_index.html
("Basics: Using TES Editor" and "Advanced: NPC")
Would be nice if this topic could be made sticky (over at the official forum it has to be bumped all the time) and others could add links to other tutorials or track updates...

Thanks Arhu, seems to be a comprehensive tutorial.
Would you be interested to join a modding project dedicated to add a day/night cycle to the social life of Vvardenfell? We could need someone with good english skills... |

Yeah, well, unfortunately I don't have time for that, I still have to play the game first, and besides, my English skills aren't that good either, so... Otherwise it sound like a nice idea!
Good luck!
You could contact the authors of the "NPC++ [Gnisis]" and "Merchant Schedule" plug-ins and base your work on those or simply extend them.

You have to save the file to your computer first, and you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, because it's in .pfd format. You can get a free version here:
