help with a spell

Where can I find the "mark" spell. Does someone sell it(if so where?), do I have to find it(if so where?), or do I have to acquire somehow(like by raising my skills)?? I've looked all over and can't seem to find it so can anyone help me please.

Yep, they can definately be bought. I got both the MARK and RECALL spell ( you kinda need both to make it worthwhile ). I got 'em both from the same person in Vivec.. I don't remember who, but it was most likely in the Foriegn Quarter on the uppermost floor; if it wasn't someone walking around inside that floor, then it was one of the members in the mage guild. Hope this helps!

. I tried the mage's guild in Vivec so now I'll try the Foriegn Quarter.

I believe the first place you can get these spells would be the temple in Balmora. There are 2 guys downstairs that have the spells. IIRC
