Mod/plugin question

hey, is it possible to create a mod/plugin that will remove the skill cap of 100? if so... how? i would like nothing better than to be able to get to 1 million skill in short blade.. hehe... of course then you would need thougher monsters but still. Ive always hated caps in games, more than anything.

Skill cap isn't 100. I don't know where people keep getting this information, but it's completely untrue. You can only train your stats up to 100, but there are plenty of items and spells that'll boost them much, much higher. I believe the skill cap is 255, at least that's what it was in Daggerfall, and good luck reaching that any time soon, if you're not planning on cheating, that is.

Why you'd want to cheat in a game like Morrowind is beyond me, though.
