Anyone found Burial Ship of Nord Hero on 'Finger' Peninsula?

Hi! Some intoxicated Nord in Vivec (I think) said something about the ship burial of Olmgerd the Outlaw, a Nordic hero. It seems his powerful axe was buried with him. I got a key and was told that the burial site is located somewhere between the Zaintiraris ruins and Tel Branora, in particular on the Western side of the Peninsula. Anyone found it yet? I've been looking all over for it, but without much success...

There are three islands between The dwemmer ruin and Tel Branora they are just short of the coast. Its on the westward side of one of these. If these directions are too general i can go back and see where it is exactly.

Loot is only okay... Ebony gauntlents are the best bit but the axe is only worth some 150. raw ebony in the water under the ship.

Is raw ebony good for anything but selling? It'd be nice if someone[NPC] could smith them into armor or weapons.
If this is impossible, raw ebony is just heavy crap =)
Otherwise, maybe I'd make another trip to that ebony mine...
