Does flora respawn?

I don't know if this question has been asked yet, but does the flowers and numerous alchemy ingredients (besides creatures) respawn? How fast do they respawn? If they don't respawn, does anyone know of a mod that was created to make flora respawn?

I don't know for certain but I think they respawn every 24 hours (game time)...At least I thought they did...have you tried resting for 24 hours in game and checking something you recently picked?
