I'm a fire mage and im Circle 4 or magic but when i go and talk to the Head of the Fire Mages the dialog doesnt allow me to learn Level 5 and 6 of the Magic circles.
HELP

(SPOILERS AHEAD)
You must wait until you can become a Magician of Water to learn circle 5, and circle 6 will not come until you meet Xardas and he can induct you into the guild of Necromancy.
