How do you make spells?

First you must have a similar spell already that you plan to create.

Example:
To create a 45 second levitation spell, you must already have ANY levitation spell.

Let's say i want to make a 60 second levitation spell, with the side effect of healing-(let's call it a rescue spell)
-first i must already have ANY levitation spell-(for the levitation effect)
-second i must already have ANY healing spell-(for the healing side effect)
-find a spell maker and design the new spell, keep in mind the more complex and powerful the spell your making is, the higher the money cost, magic cost, and lower the chance for success when you finally try to cast it.
