| Where to find swampweed stalks? |
|
I have to get 10 stalks of swampweed for Cipher. I can find swampweed but no stalks.

1. You can process swampweed
2. Borka (Guy infront of the redlantern in harbor) has like 20
3. You can get a package of weed in the store room at the harbor, it has a guard, you have to kill him. |

Additionally in the Harbor district, one of the NPC that watch the fight match behind warehouse between 12 noon until 4 or 5 pm. I beat him up and took his joint from him. After he gets up, he respawns another joint and you can beat him up again and get another one immediately infinite.
A more non-cheat (bug exploit) non-violent method is go around and pickpocket people smoking weed; they will respawn more to replace what you took -rather funny I think. Just borrow a smoke for free without asking.

You use an alchemist bench, Im not sure what the requirements are. |
