Anyone ever heard of, or played Panterra?

I don't know much about this game. It was developed by a company called Realms Network. It was originally an online game, but I heard rumors on usenet that Panterra 3 is a single player crpg. That got my attention.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had gotten a free CD for the online version of that....and realized they were charging too much for so so graphics....around 26 bucks a month. The company that made it seemed to be a tiny company so tiny that payment required you to send cash in the mail and I found that to be kind of fishy and was wondering if it was some sort of scam.
