How to enchant items?

Im a mage, my enchant skill is pretty high, how do I enchant items? Can I do that myself? Or only recharge them?

1. Buy the game, then read manual...
2. Or search forum before flooding with common question

anyway back to your question:
drop a soulgem (with soul trapped inside) on your character [same as equiping weapon, putting on clothes, and so on...] -> menu to enchant item will pop up !

Hmm, i can't see how you can be sure i have NOT bought the game.
And you are also saying that im flooding the boards? Becouse I don't think this is a VERY common question since i don't think i have seen it before...
