This is my first RPG, (flight and racing sims, mostly) got it after the great review on tech TV.
I must say, the thing is quite involving- I've only been killed a couple of dozen times (fortunately, I read about that handy "save game" feature)
by vampires, scamps, a bunch of imperial troopers,(I only stole one loaf of bread...) and that obnoxious bandit. (thought I could take the bugger, he must have some heavy-duty armor!)
Not much luck plundering tombs- all I get is hard knocks from ancestral ghosts and skeletons, and not much loot.
Still, I got a nice silver sparksword right away, and now I've picked up a bow to shoot those pesky cliff racers with. My big problem is money! I've never had more than 300 in gold- and I spend it all on weapons and armor.
It's fun to browse all those expensive charms, potions, and snazzy weapons, but I need to get a better job.
Where's the best place to score some bucks? (outside of cheating, of course) |

Well doing quests for guilds gets you some good, hard earned cash. That is probably the best way to start. Or you can steal it, if youre good at stealing that is. _________________ Nothing is impossible... for me!!

Hehe- those crates hold no secrets from me! I've got splinters from going through them so much.
Found that my cheapie chitin bow did not impress the cliff racers much...
Shoulda sprung for the Double-recurve compound job with the carbon-fiber arrows and the laser sight....
Finally killed a Kaguti, though-tough little buggers! |

My poor little level two warrior was wandering around Caldera looking for a fight when he spied an Alit grazing nearby. Hefting his sword, he charged in for the attack...
Boy was he surprised when a second Alit wandered out from behind the first...
He managed to finish them both off okay, but the shock almost finished ME off - those things have BIG TEETH! _________________ Charlie Dobbie
