Where is the slave key in Aharunartus near Seyda Neen?

Finally cleaned it out, but can't find the key to the slave's bracers to release them? Can anybody tell me where it is? TIA...

It's either on top a chest or on top a crate in one of the rooms with the hamlocks. It's very hard to see.

Yeah, it's sitting on a corner of a crate. You might try cranking up your gamma in the video options to make it brighter while your down there. The key is kind of a rusty orange color.

There are two of that key

There are two of that key, because they wanted to be sure you could find it. One is on top of a crate on the "dock" where the mage was or over where the thrower was. The other is on the body of the first fighter you killed near the entrance.

I can give you two answers. Pick the one that pleases you more:

1) You freed some slaves! Isn't that worth doing in itself?

2) There is a faction of Abolitionists in Vvardenfell. I haven't tracked down the details yet, but I do note that the game keeps a count of the total number of slaves you've freed...

I'm not sure about this, but might freeing them also increase your reputation?
