| am i screwed? [hammer from monastery] |

I stole that sacred hammer from monastery basement for the Judge and gave it to him, but later i found out, that i need the hammer to kill golems.
How can i get it back from Judge? I cant beat him up (the game does not allow it) and ironicaly he beats me up with my hammer. 
Is there any other way to get it back? Will Lee sent Judge to jail later in the game or is sacred hammer lost for me? |

i did the same as u, but i didn't really need the hammer.. for 3 X 180 xp??
i finished the game w/o it  |

No, pickpocketing for the hammer is not available. If you gave it to the judge it is lost to you for that game. You will either need to reload a save were you haven't handed over the hammer or start a new game. |

I handed it over to the elder, and now its right back in the basement.
Ill try to steal it again just to make sure. Should just have to sleep that guy and get it back. Check the basement for it. |

I don't think you have to worry about anything since you are not a mage. The only time you really need to use the hammer is if you are a mage.
