I was wondering if this is possible to do. The tree textures in gothic obviously use some common texture pallette. I was wondering if it was possible to replace the trees and bushes of gothic 2 into gothic 1 or improve the details of the trees and shrubs in gothic 1. Especially since Gothic and Gothic 2 use an almost identical game engine.
Is this possible to do? |

Well, in the end everything is possible, but there is no toolset for the G2 engine and definitions have changed. |

It's possible but extremely difficult without the source. |

I've got a feeling the trees were modified in the German Gothic I mod, die Bedrohung. |
