Realms of Arkania 4 and Armalion

Armalion was shut down
by the way: does anyone know why?
Realms of Arkania will probably never made because the producers got broke (or sth like that)

so is there no chance of getting another CRPG in the Realms of Arkania
world ???

Why Armalion was stopped is a very difficult to explain and long story......
I don't want to discuss that now but I think there will probably be more titles in the world of the Dark Eye(DSA) even though it won't be RoA IV (because the trilogy found an end in the third title).
I've read something about a new game somewhere but it might be in the far future so don't expect a new RoA-CRPG within the next year(s) or so.

sure... the story was ending at RoA 3!
but what about a southern triology after the northern triology
Al'Anfa, the Forest Islands, the Cyclop Islands, the Pearl Sea, the jungle, Mohas, Lizardmen so many possibilites

Guido Henkel explained some of the details in a PC Games interview. You can find it online. He also explained why he did Planescape: Torment and not Wizardry 8.
