do you have fully updated and compatable drivers/video card?

whats your system stats?

First thing: Make sure fog table emulation is on. You can get to it by entering display options --> settings --> Advanced --> Nvidia Tab --> Additional properties --> Direct 3D settings. There you will see an option for fog table emulation. Make sure it's on.

Should fix your problem but you really do want to run the latest drivers as well.

Your way behind on drivers as well. You really should get at least the 28.XX drivers. The 29.XX drivers are out also but I think they are still beta.
