Taunt Question

How many successful taunts does it take to provoke an attack? I get a successful taunt and the NPC talks trash about killing me but does nothing.

Ditto, intimidate don't work either maybe we need to up our taunt level, or our class won't let it. I am a thief/mage.

you need to four or so succseful taunts... even if you have terrible speach skills you can sit there running the mouse over persuasion and taunt intill your get it.

Yeah I have only successfully made someone attack me once, and it took I think 4 Successful Taunts..then again I don't try to get many people to attack me..heh..

i think the NPC's in MW have a worse bark than bite. everytime i have tried to piss someone off with taunt they do little but taunt me back. i am relieved to hear that someone got it to work after four tries because this hasn't been my experience.
