Killing xardas with marvin is dead cheap (this gives cheating a bad name)

You can't kill Xardas at the end of G2. All the revelations are in film clips. _________________ SilkenKidden |

I don't think it can be done. Key characters can not be killed as far as I know. I tried to marvin-kill Sylvio and never was able to take one single point from him. Maybe I was a very low level at the time, but still.
Maybe I'll try again when I'm about level 30 or so _________________ "You may win a thousand fights, but you can only lose one" (Zaknafein to Drizzt - The Dark Elf Trilogy.) |

It would have been damn funny if Xardas would've kicked the crap out of you at the end of the game. The cutscene would've been hilarious. And about the ship crashing and starting out shipwrecked, dammit I'm tired of going through the bullshit at the beginning of the game every time! I was a certified ass kicker at the end of Gothic I, and then I was reduced to a wuss in Gothic II. If there's a Gothic III, I want to import Super Me into it at the beginning. |

You just have to wait til ch 4 to kill Sylvio, and if you're lucky, you might have some 'help' _________________ Just watch out you don't stress yourself out.

Gothic 3 will open with our hero cast up on a deserted beach. His mission.....Xardas.
Can't wait.
If we are to defeat Xardas in G3 the Gothic series will loose a whole bunch of the fun playing it.. |

Well... I confirmed this.
There is a magic golem in the way to the sun circle. When Xardas agreed to go to the circle i followed him to see when or where he teleported. Well, he never did. He actually walks all the way to the circle!!! When passing by the golem, they attack each other and the fight never ends. They fell into a pond in which neither could attack the other, so I walked to the circle and alas, Xardas was there.
Later, after the ritual was completed, I followed pyrokar and the same thing happened. I then (just for the sake of it, but saved my game before of course) lured the golem to the city. (What would happen if the monster wipes out the whole town?). When reaching the gate, a city guard attacked the golem and they fought for over 10 minutes. The guard never let the golem into the city, I got bored, went to sleep, (in game) and everything was normal the next day, except Mika was dead. _________________ "You may win a thousand fights, but you can only lose one" (Zaknafein to Drizzt - The Dark Elf Trilogy.) |

I did the same thing too, followed Xardas till he met the Magic Golem. (Took quite a while to get here) I followed him 'cause I didn't knew where the circle of the sun were. I also tried to cast a fear spell on the golem. Only Xardas got scared |

It is possible to "Marvin kill" any monster/N.P.C provided that their F=2 flag
is off - - - =(F=1) then again, HOSH2 will make all monsters/N.P.C's mortal
whilst HOSH1 makes all immortal, for pure evaluation purposes only! _________________ Forever aches my wretched soul, for Chromanin locked in that dark hole, though crypted key i've yet to learn, he knows one day i will return. |
