I looked in all of the obvious places but I am wondering if anyone had compiled a list or matrix of which runes/spells have effect on which creatures? I know, I know, the fun is in figuring this out for yourself but at least give me a head start... |

The clearest thing I remember is that Sleep has no effect on Orcs, and maybe animals too.

does sleep work on named npcs like Bullit? and when casting sleep on people do other people see that as a threatening action?

Logically it should work on Bullit, although I've never done that on him before. Some people consider you threatening when you hold out the spell.

Sleep works on most people, even invincible ones but you can't loot stuff from them so its pretty useless.
