| 3 things, baltram and Andre and money |

Ok
1- I've picked up Baltram's Package, but that fella in the Inn at the harbor was the first to tell me to get the package and bring it to him..when i go to Baltram i get 50 gold pieces right away, but that fella at the bar says "come back tomorrow" and the damn fool still hasn't sold it..so maybe this fella is not worth it to get the package...give it to baltram or fella at Inn?
2-
Lord andre told me to go after the thieves guild, i already found them, i even joined them...to be able to join the Paladins i have to complete this thieves quest...i was hoping to solve this fast so i can be that cool paladin early in the game...but andre asks if i went after the thieves, does that mean...i should fight or kill the thieves guild?
3- Money....
I had found a great way to get easy dough my fighting the fella behind the warehouses, but he doesn't want to battle me anymore..maybe later he says.....when can i fight him again, and how do you people always gain your money, by quests and......anymore?

well you dont HAVE to kill the theives to become a member of the miltia, and you also wont make paladin before chapter 4, its impossible 
3. well if he doesnt want to fight you now, he wont want to fight you later when your even stronger  I make the majority of my money from crafting swords, selling animal trophies and selling items... Erm, missions , early one especially dont give you much.

Kill the thieves? I never got such a mission.. if you're talking about the "remove the weed-salesman" quest, then I can tell you it's got nothing to do with the thieves' guild. |

oh and about the thieves, ive never done any of their missions, I killed them all, but i think you can do theives missions and STILL join the militia... Think

Andre never told me to kill the thieves, but he did ask me about where the thieves were hidden, i found em in the sewers..so i reported back...and then andre asked if i had captured the thieves....

yup, tell andre you found em and he'll say that...
OF course you cant capture them... you have to kill them...
BUT! If you dont kill them, in a day or two andre sends guards down that kill them anyway... :S So youll miss out on the XP and weapons if you dont kill them now...And i dont think you get into the militia if you dont kill them yourself, youll have to become an apprentice if that fails.

Well, that's gonna be impossible..cause that woman thief kills me in one blow and i know for sure i can't beat all 3 of em.
And what about Baltram's package? should i bring it to him or do i get something cool from the fella in the Inn if i wait awhile?

You don't have to kill thieves to join militia.
I haven't completed find thiefes and find package of weed for Andre yet, but I am in militia.
Just don't tell Andre that you have found thieves and you will not trigger the time counter for kill thiefs quest. You can do that later when you are stronger.
About package. I was in militia when I did that quest. The guy haven't got anything for me. Nothing at all, so I have given the package to it's owner.
And I felt good
