I alredy have the strange sword but it seems that I can't use it.The journal says that the shamans were frightened by this sword.So I think that this is the key to kill him,but I don't know how to use it

You must take the sword back to the Necromancer (forget his name) and he will "charge" it for you.

but before he will charge it you have to get the stuff from his sunken tower and then get it charged by milten at the water mage base place
