I'm almost positive that you can enter the monastary. After all Pyrokar has to tell you about the eye of innos and all of that..
just like the time before you become paladin, you'll get a letter from Hegan. |

You will get the Tears of Innos during chapter 5 and the second consecration with them is for free. |
